Sales and Marketing
Matt Cobb oversees all sales and marketing functions at Southern Traditions Window Fashions. A graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Marketing, Matt owned and operated an Allstate insurance office in Greenville SC prior to his purchase of Southern Traditions Window Fashions in 2012. He previously owned Magnolia Lane Shutters for three years and was a salesman for Southern Traditions from 2005 until 2009.
Shop and Installation Operations
Stephen Wisdom handles all operations functions at Southern Traditions Window Fashions including installations, customer service and office management. Stephen was a 15-year employee of Southern Traditions, overseeing installations and customer service functions before purchasing it in 2012. He previously was an operations manager for Circuit City in Anderson.
Sandy Williamson handles the day-to-day office management from scheduling to customer service. Sandy joined Southern Traditions Window Fashions in 2006 after graduating from Greenville Technical College with a degree in business. Sandy is the organizational glue that keeps Southern Traditions running smoothly.
Richard Bernath has been assisting Southern Traditions Window Fashions customers with window treatments since 2012. He is an expert in both selection and design of interior and exterior treatments including drapes, shutters, blinds and shades. Richard was formerly the co-owner of Hummingbird Shutters in Greenville SC and has been a window fashions consultant since 2001. He received his certification from Window Coverings University in 2005, and has served as a business advisor and on the national advisory board for the Exciting Windows! network of companies.
Lynn Osborn has been assisting Southern Traditions Window Fashions customers with window treatments since 2013. She brings 18 years experience of designing Custom Window Coverings and Bedding. Lynn has served as a local chapter President and as Vice President for Window Covering Association of America. She is certified in historical window treatment fabrication which allowed her the opportunity to assist designing and fabricating treatments for the Biltmore Guest Cottage!
Sarah comes to Southern Traditions as a Home Improvement Specialist with 28 years in advertising, marketing and public relations experience with 13 years focused on home improvement, repairs, remodeling and maintenance. Earning three degrees from West Virginia University and being a 40 under 40 honoree, Sarah has brought a lot of experience to our Design Team. She is also an active member on the HBA of Greenville, Professional Women in Building Council of the Upstate, and a member of the National Association of Home Builders.
Eric joined Southern Traditions Window Fashions in 2014. Eric is a proud Army veteran and continues to serve our country in the Army Reserve. Eric is a graduate of The Citadel. He brings the discipline he perfected in the military to his methods of installing. Eric is a valuable team player that made Southern Traditions better his first day.
Rob joined Southern Traditions Window Fashions in 2013 and quickly became a vital member of the team. Rob’s most valuable tool in the bag is his kindness and calm attitude in all situations. Customers have raved about the way Rob has not only installed their products but the way he makes them a friend.
Brian joined Southern Traditions in the summer of 2015 and has been rapidly learning our trade under the supervision of Stephen and Rob. Brian has degrees from Valdosta State and Clemson Universities. We are excited to welcome Brian to our team!
Mandy, not to be confused with her twin sister and managing partner Sandy, joined our team in 2016 as our customer relations manager. After earning her B.A. in Elementary Education degree from USC Upstate, she taught for ten years before joining Southern Traditions. Her kind and patient demeanor parred with her exceptional organization skills help keep our team on track.
After relocating from Charlotte, Britany joined our team in late 2016 bringing with her many years of customer support experience. Having worked in different types of office and retail environments, her transition to Southern Traditions was smooth and she quickly became a helpful, supportive hand to our daily operations.
In early 2016 Eric joined our shop team where he works to create our exterior shutters. Working full time for the Fire Department, he was looking for something extra and found Southern Traditions. He felt our small business and family-like atmosphere were the perfect fit for him and we are lucky to have him on our team.
Barry joined our shop team in 2016. He brought years of woodworking and shop experience that made an immediate impact in our production and preparation areas. Barry’s dedication to quality and appreciation for detail has made him a seamless fit to our team.
